Northwest Motors SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Northwest Motors, Inc. ("Northwest Motors," "we," "us," or "our").

Program description

When you separately opt in, Northwest Motors may send SMS or MMS messages related to your vehicle inquiry, appointment reminders, vehicle service status, sales or lead follow-up, and dealership offers that match the consent you provided.

Consent

By making a separate, optional selection at our SMS opt-in page or another clearly disclosed method, you authorize Northwest Motors to send the selected recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Northwest Motors. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms govern charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call (224) 445-2552, or email sales@nw-motors.com.

Privacy

We handle mobile information under our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date at this URL.
